Normal Working Hours

Our normal office hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. by appointment.

We offer 24-hour service, 7 days a week by phone for urgent and/or emergency situations. For services outside our normal working hours, there is a $100 charge.

Transport of Your Pet

Transportation of your pet to our facility may be arranged based on distance and weight of your pet. Prices may vary.

Witnessing the Cremation ~ $200

The cremation can be witnessed at DeJohn Pet Services with advanced notice. Our facility is designed to accommodate all religious faiths and is a fitting place to pay your last respects.

Which includes witnessing your pet being placed in the cremation chamber and verifying the door closing and the start of the cremation.. Any additional time will be dependent on scheduling with pet director and an additional fee per hour.

Memorial Service ~ $250

A personalized private memorial in the DeJohn Rainbow Bridge Room (or at a place special to you) for family time with your pet, during normal business hours.
